We value respectful, inclusive, and equal cooperation. That is why we have developed a Code of Conduct to guide our collaborative efforts.
Our crew and helpers implement the well-thought-out safety measures and concepts on site. You can find a detailed overview of these measures in our concept. If you have any questions or need clarification, please contact us directly!
Our awareness concept provides comprehensive information about our principles, how we address inappropriate behavior, the work of our awareness team, and the support services available at the convention.
Our goal with the awareness concept is to create a space where everyone can feel safe, respected, and welcome, regardless of their origin, gender, identity, physical or mental condition, experience, or personal background.
To achieve this, a specially trained awareness team will be present at the convention. You can recognize them by their purple safety vests. The team consists of volunteers and organizing team members who meet in advance, prepare together, and work in shifts throughout the event. The team is not a professional psychological support service but rather a group of people with alert eyes and open ears who are willing to assist you if you need support.
There will also be a dedicated awareness room, a safe and quiet retreat open to anyone who needs a break, wants to collect themselves, or simply wants to escape the hustle and bustle for a moment.
You can reach the awareness team throughout the event via an emergency number on your badge. You can also approach any crew member with the code word “PANAMA” for discreet assistance.
If you would like to be part of this team, we would be delighted to have your support! The more diverse the team, the better we can support all participants at the convention.
Important: To participate in the Aerial Circus Convention, you must agree to the awareness concept during the registration process. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and accept the principles and rules of conduct described therein, and you support our common goal of fostering a mindful and respectful coexistence.
Further information can be found in the detailed awareness concept.
Currently, the concept is only available in German, but an adequate translation will be provided in the near future.
