All of our team members work on a voluntary basis, united by our shared passion and the goal of making a difference together.
We are active throughout Europe and have an extensive network in various areas of the circus scene.
With the AC-Con, we aim to create a space that fosters exchange and networking, particularly in the realm of aerial arts.
Our organization currently consists of 12 dedicated individuals. We take care of topics such as rigging, safety and awareness concepts, arrival and departure, ticket systems, and much more.
We are always happy to welcome new support to the team, whether you want to help on an ad hoc or permanent basis before or during the event.

In the run-up to the event, smaller tasks could include:
- Drafting social media posts
- Writing to potential sponsors
- Collaborating on concepts
- Managing the ticket shop and crowdfunding
- Making adjustments to website texts
- Further organization on-site at the venue
- Organizing shows
Whether you have a knack for graphic design, are a strong communicator, enjoy organizing, feel at home in IT, or just want to take on small individual tasks.
We need your skills!
Creative ideas and practical support with setup and teardown are also welcome.

Geographical distance is hardly an issue—most of the organization takes place online via video conferencing.
